This home was our first frame to finish project here in SA.  It was designed by and built for an architect, Michael Britt, who works at Lake|Flato Architects.  Again we worked together closely to be able to efficiently make changes during the build with minimal increases to the cost of construction.  This project solidified our relationships with local contractors from the different trades are required to build a house.  This house is located in the Dignowity neighborhood and we were happy to help people invest in the revitalization of downtown SA.
