This is a 1912 craftsman home located in the historic Dignowity Hill neighborhood of San Antonio.  This design/build renovation and was special because I live here! Most importantly, it was a chance to collaborate with my love who happens to be an architect (Cotton Estes, AIA).  We gutted and re-framed to eliminate some significant fire damage.  We built the cabinets on site and poured the concrete counter tops ourselves.  I completed the physical work by myself over the course of 8 months.
